Can Ms Forms be pass worded or encrypted?
I currently need to ensure data protections with some Ms form content and as such need to know if Ms forms can be pass worded or encrypted.

There is no such thing in Microsoft Forms. Instead, you can control access by granting owner or co-editor permissions for form editing, and by setting respondent options to 'Anyone', 'Org account', or 'Specific people' for form responding.
