Automated Forms confirmation e-mail

Hi!

We would like to use Microsoft forms as a "sign on" module embedded in or linked to from our website to different arrangements we organize. Is there an easy option to setup Forms to submit a "mail confirmation" to the sender which includes the information he/she submitted through the form?
