Attachment Column from List not showing up in Forms
ALISHAR1940 you cannot pre-populate your form with any outside data or select your SharePoint attachments column as a question in your form.
An uploaded file is saved to your personal OneDrive if it's a personal form. If it's a group form it's saved to a folder in the Documents library on the group SharePoint site.

Sindhu_Anand I see you are talking about the new Forms feature in Microsoft Lists rather than the standalone web version of Microsoft Forms. There is no file upload functionality with that yet.

Rob_Elliott is there any update on when this will be available?
Absolutely blows my mind that this functionality is unavailable as part of the new 'MS Form' function in SharePoint lists!
- ALISHAR1940Jul 22, 2024Copper ContributorWELL, shoot. 😞 I guess my only option is to create a more complex process that involves more steps. I'm working on a task request system, where folx can fill out a form with the initial information needed to get our Admin started, but a few of these tasks require a completed form. So it sounds like my only option is to create that and then still ask folx to email their paperwork separately, making more emails.... not less... Ug.

ALISHAR1940 do it with the web version of Forms where (if the users are internal) they can upload files. Then a flow in Power Automate can get each response and save it to your list and do whatever oter actions you need (confirmation email etc etc).
