ManuelBalbino there is already a request for this which you can vote for in https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/40802827-allow-users-to-upload-sound-files-in-the-questions, but it was over a year ago and only has 1 vote so I wouldn't expect them to deliver it any time soon.
