Approaches for recreate an better Forms for Fire Safety and Work one Inspection
johnm340 this isn't possible with Forms but if all your users are within your organisation then this is all do-able in Power Apps which should be included as one of your M365 apps. It has a barcode scanner control and you can create several screens and add the logic you need for navigating between them and patching a record to SharePoint or another datasource. Your users would then be able to complete the inspection on their smartphone or tablet.
