Any way for IT Admins to take ownership of all Forms created in an organization?

Ideally, they should merge them to create a bigger demand for it. This ask has been around a long time. Hopefully, it will come around at some point.

These were previously on UserVoice, but Microsoft moved them over to the Feedback Portal, here you can vote up on them

aProvide an option to acess all forms created by Admins · Community (microsoft.com)These have all been open for some time and there is a groundswell on it given the time it has taken to get reviewed. I have personally voted up on all 3, so I would upvote and keep an eye on them to see if they get picked up.

- I voted for both of these topics. I can't believe that such obvious and essential functions still haven't been implemented.
- I will vote for the items but does anyone know if this is on Microsoft's roadmap?
- They technically should comment on this as it is over 50 items, yet if they don't know how, don't like it, or don't want to, then they might just "ignore" it as it has been up for a few years and multiple items are asking for it in different "asks" however it is a nice thing as I am in need of it, the person doesn't know who the owner is, and don't know how to do it, and "I" need to get to this quickly and not BUG THEM.

Is there anyway for us admin ( Global) to manage all forms in a Organization?
Or at least have an oversight of them in a view with info of the creator/ those who have access?
If no, what can one do if someone is on leave and we cannot access the forms?
