Allow form respondents to save and continue to fill the form later

I tried to make a Forms formular with "save and edit/send later", but I cannot find this Button/Option. How exactly does it work?

Matthias1234 in your Form click Settings then select the "Allow respondents to edit their responses" checkbox:

This feature has been 100% rolled out. If you cannot see it, that may be because your tenant admin disabled that feature.
I was looking for the same feature, but seems this will not really solve the use-case the users are looking for. The request to store a form is only provided at the end of the form, so will not be available if the form is not finished and has Required questions. As mentioned above, it's too bad this is not more straight forward.
