Nick_Grace I ended up using Survey Monkey for this reason
Many thanks and much appreciated ELHarv. I have quite a complicated form where I need to upload videos for guidance and that requires detailed responses to the questions. I'll have a look at SM, but if there is anything else out there as well, I'm happy to explore. Thank you.
Agreed. I also need this feature. Otherwise I must use a different product like google forms or SM.

I would also very much love to see the save and resume functionality for Microsoft Forms.
