Solution: Multiple Staff Members ALL Assigned to a Booking

That solution won't meet my needs if it doesn't check availability. May as well just put one person on it and then forward the invite to everyone else. And you'd be rescheduling constantly.

The solution was first offered as a workaround to compensate for a limitation in product functionality back in 2018. For my situation it worked at the time but as you point out it is subject to the limitations you mention. I hope you find a solution that meets your needs. No longer using the product myself so am not up-to-date on its current functionality.
Alastair- Unfortunately, I don't think the product has received a lot of attention. Sorry if my reply was overly opinionated.
