Several Staff Members for each Service Appointment

I need that not just one Staff member be present on each service appointment. When I add Staff personnel to a service, Bookings considers one Staff member for each appointment, so calendar availability stays open when in reality I have none. 

What I would do is a service configuration where I can choose to consider 1 staff member per appointment or all staff members in each appointments.

Is there a way to fix this? Where can I suggest this option to MS developers?
