Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to limit the number of bookings for a client, by its email or its domain. for i.e. The client, Andy, can only book 4 slots on my reservation book. If he tries to book the 5th one, using the same email or domain, it will be automatically blocked or unavailable.2KViews1like3CommentsBookings page deleted and issues since new year
We've been using bookings for almost a year now to allow candidates to select their interview time from a specific pre-defined list of options. Instead of creating a service from scratch, we usually just amend an existing one for a new role. However, when we logged in in January after the Christmas break, our bookings page (and all previous services) had disappeared and it asked us to set up a new one. Trying to access the old one through links on old invites / notifications didn't work - the page was gone. We have now set up a new bookings page, but continue to have major issues. We have previously used the 'custom availability' option to set up specific interview slots (e.g. when we are only interviewing in the afternoon). However, this is now overridden by the availability of the assigned staff member which is a shared inbox so appointments are offered outside of the availability hours set in the service. We have also had an issue whereby the interview slots display correctly until the first person books in, after which all of the other options either change or disappear. As there is no overlap, this should not happen and did not happen in the past. This is making Bookings unusable for us, any ideas on a fix would be much appreciated!2.7KViews0likes15CommentsTwo meetings created where there should only be one
I just started deploying a reservation page that allows up to 85 people to attend a single service. It actually is training on a wide scale, and consists of five such Teams meetings spread over two weeks. There is however a bug : most people registered correctly, but about 15% of attendees are registered under a different Teams meeting, even though the first meeting still has availability. I would like to prevent a second meeting from being created. Right now, I have to check the "minor" meeting for a list of its attendees, and manually add attendees to the "major" meeting. Then, I cancel the "minor" meeting. But this second "minor" meeting ends up being created again a few hours later. I plan on having about 500 attendees, so this is rather tiresome. Does anyone know how to prevent this?330Views0likes0CommentsBookings MS - Group Appointment - One customer cancels, it is cancelled for everyone (Customer+staff
I already have seen that this problem was notified but it still don't have any answer for 2 years : https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/appointments-keep-canceling-in-bookings/m-p/1364666 I have created group appointment up to 100 people. When one of the customer cancels it (it seems that it is specifically customer with a gmail email address) - from his email notification or via google calendar - it cancelled the appointment for everyone. We set up the service to disable the functionnality "Allow clients to manage their appointments when booked by you or your team on their behalf" in base details, but we still have the option to cancel it as customer. Another intriguing part is that you can find this option "Let customers manage their own appointments" for each appointment created, that you have to manually uncheck it for all of them, but in any case, it does not block the cancellation by a customer. Moreover, when a customer cancels, this option becomes active again automatically. Is there not a solution that will be applied urgently on this subject? This is a frustration for the customers and clearly a lack of viability6.8KViews0likes18CommentsMicrosoft Bookings - Deleting Pages - Reporting capabilities
Hello, I would appreciate support here. If - "A" User has Bookings Page (created by him to automate calls scheduling process) and decides to delete one of the pages... how can it be done? There was an option in the past under 3 dots (...) but its not available now... Can it be deleted by that user or only by the administrator from the business? Additionally, what report capabilities are available either from individual or admin perspective? Any options to see - which users are actually using the Bookings Page, how many clicks, how many appt scheduled, rescheduled, etc? It is beneficial for usage / management performance review... Thank you in advance! PS. all business users have access to Bookings Page through Microsoft 365.616Views0likes0CommentsCan I "undelete" a deleted Bookings Services with Booked Customers? HELP
Hi Booking Gurus - I accidentally deleted multiple Bookings Service Trainings with at least 40 Customers scheduled for the Trainings. Four different sessions over 2 days with 1 morning training and 1 afternoon training. Questions #1: Although I can still see them as (deleted service) and was wondering can I "undelete" them? If so, how please? Just in case, I recreated the services and was going to add the Customers to these recreated Trainings but the Training Services are not showing up on the Bookings Calendar. Questions #2: Why is that when they are new services? Or where are they? These trainings are for next week and the reminders go out on Monday. I've notice that Bookings is not sync properly in calendar having bugs among some users, if we do the event we receive the email but the event can't be visualized in calendar as created/cancelled by some costumers or some providers. So trying to solve this problem i've tried to do an connection with API using Power Automate, but the ID of the event in bookings it's deprecated and seems different compared to an Outlook event. Another bad ocasion its the case of when we schedule a meeting, the meeeting overlaps the existing one, even changing the settings to schedule only when free. I think bookings it's a powerful resource to create a bridge to B2C, but have so many errors.537Views1like1CommentBUG?: Self-Service Reschedule for staff-created bookings does not work
Hey everybody, If you have toogled "Let customers manage their appointment when it was booked by you or your staff on their behalf" on, the customer will get an E-Mail with the "Reschedule" Button in the mail. If the customer clicks this button, he surely will reach "his" appointment in the web but is not able to reschedule this appointment. He can only apply a new booking (see screenshot). That´s super confusing and not clearly for the customer. I tested it now in four different tenants with the same result. Edit: If you book the same service by yourself, you got all options for reschedule. See screenshot 3. Any thoughts or solutions? Hello- I am working on a project for the SPA in a hospitality company. As a user we want to be able to schedule appointments through Microsoft bookings. We have a subscription and have the platform up and running. One of our biggest issues is availability when we go and schedule an appointment. We have our employees hours entered under their account. These are the available hours entered under the availability tab on the edit staff section. When a user schedules an appointment they get the following message that the masseuse who is scheduled is unavailable. I know that this is probably a settings issue but wasn't sure what needed to be changed to make it look like this. I have tried to change the hours a couple of times through different strategies and have not been able to get the desired outcome. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!Solved3.6KViews0likes3CommentsBookings Generate Wrong Meeting Link in Teams App
I created a calendar and a service using Microsoft Bookings. This service is created for the use of company employees and I am not sharing it with an external audience. When someone books my calendar using Microsoft Bookings, both me and the respective person, get an email notification and it also gets updated in our respective calendars. The challenge is that I (whose calendar is booked using Microsoft Bookings) get the correct link in the Teams app while the person who books the calendar gets an incorrect link starting from visit.teams.microsoft.com/.... It seems like the Teams app doesn't support this link, hence, the person who booked the meeting using Microsoft Bookings is forced to use either the link received through an email notification or an Outlook calendar (browser). Also, using either of the mentioned methods, one can join the meeting but only through the Teams browser and not the Teams app. Because I am using Microsoft Booking for the employees of my company, it is difficult for me to explain to every employee about this challenge. Most of the employees are using the Teams app. They either end up leaving the meeting or create another meeting at the end. I want to fix this. Can someone help me here?2.5KViews1like5Comments
