Send a confirmation WITHOUT the teams link

Hello:

 

My recipients find the Teams link confusing when I am scheduling what is supposed to be an IN-PERSON meeting. Is there a way to send the confirmation without the button "Join your appointment via Microsoft Teams"

    BrianBAK For IN-PERSON meeting, you need to disable the "Add online meeting" feature in your service settings.

      Just an FYI. We have the "Add Online Meeting" toggle set to off, and we have recently been experiencing generic Teams links that don't even work slip though.

      I think there is a bug occurring in Booking at the moment.

      Looking at the raw data, the Outlook Calenedar Appointment is being embedded with this at the end. TeamsMeetingSeparator.02f35a5e-f8c6-4de6-b5b2-e4da695xxx
