Restrict Service to a specific user

Unfortunately, Microsoft Bookings doesn’t have a direct way to limit a service to specific days for certain staff members, but you can work around it by setting custom hours within the service. In the service settings, go to the “Assign staff” section, select the staff member, and turn on “Use custom hours.” From there, you can set the exact days and times that person is available for that specific service. For example, Joe can be available for Service #1 only on Monday and Tuesday, and for Service #2 on Wednesday to Friday. It takes a bit of setup, but once it’s done, Bookings will automatically show the right availability for each staff member.
