Removing an event from Desktop Outlook does not free the time in Bookings (even a day later)

Feb 05, 2024GraniteStateColin , when you say remove event from their calendars - are these users the customers in the booking event or the staff member ? How are they removing - is it through RSVP ?

I mean removing the event from the Outlook Calendar in Desktop Outlook in Windows. I do think I described this in the original post "... if the same user removes an event from their calendar in Desktop Outlook, those changes don't seem to update and make that time available again in Bookings." To be extra clear: I am NOT talking about anyone making any changes in Bookings. The problem is with changes in Desktop Outlook (that's where everyone at our Organization manages their calendars).
