Multiple locations for Bookings?
Is there a way to have multiple locations on the one calendar?
I work in one practice on Mondays, then a second place for the rest of the week.
Is there a way of doing this? Or if not, will there be?
:) THANKS!

Hi Sally-Anne,
Thanks for your question!
If I understand your issue correctly, there are two ways that could help you.
1. You could create two different Bookings calendar (I know you mentioned "on the one calendar" though), one for Mondays and the other for the rest of the week, or assign each one to a specific location. I.e. Book an appointment in location 1 here
2. You could set up two different services and staff members as the locations and block the days you are not available for each in the Staff tab. I.e. Create a Monday service and create a "Available on Monday" staff member and then make it available only on Mondays.
Hope this helps!
Gabriel.

Hello, I was wondering if Microsoft Bookings was looking add a solution so that people could book at multiple locations under one calendar? It is hard when you have employees who work out of multiple locations. I would like one main calendar that could handle multiple locations.

We have a similar problem, with dozens of offices where we'd like customers to be able to book location specific services. Neither creating 100+ services in a single calendar or dozens of calendars is viable, a simple filter where the customer could select a location and see what services are available would be great.
- Vicki JamesCopper ContributorThanks for the response Gabriel. How do you set up multiple Bookings calendars? I have several different office locations during my Medicare Open Enrollment period and I want to utilize Bookings as much as possible to allow clients to automatically set up appointments with me. If I set up several calendars, will have also have a main calendar that everything will flow to so I can see the big picture?

Hi Vicki,
You could set up multiple booking calendars, one for each location. SInce you are the admin, you would be notified of each booking and you would get an invite, but because they are different, the only way for you to see everything in one calendar would be using your Office 365 calendar where you would get all your appointment invites.
The other option is to set up different services + staff members for each location in one booking calendar and block the times where those locations/staff can't be booked. I am attaching a quick demo on how to set up this.
Please, let me know if that helps or if you need more help.
Thanks!
