MS Bookings - Staff Accepted, Still Not Bookable
I'm very new to Bookings and have just added a few staff to a shared Bookings page within the last 48 hours. All of their staff pages in Bookings still show "Not bookable (Pending for approval)" after accepting the invitation. At first I thought this might just be something that had to update overnight, but it was the same this morning. I have even re-sent one of the invitations and had the staff re-accept it, with no change. Is this a glitch with our account, permissions, etc.?

Can you please confirm if the staff is seeing a success message after they follow the link to accept the invite? They should see a confirmation dialog saying that the invite has been accepted and they can now receive bookings.
Also, please confirm that you have the correct page open in Bookings as its possible for the same person to be part of multiple booking pages and approval is required for each.- chansen3Copper Contributor

The staff did see the confirmation message after accepting the invitation to our bookings page. Two of the staff's acceptances ended up working after a few days of waiting for the page to update, but one has never gotten updated. Today I'm deleting and re-adding that staff to see if it will let them through.

Did you manage to find a solution to this? We are having the same issue.
