Microsoft Bookings - Exported report for a shared bookings page is not displaying staff names

Hi

I recently tried exporting a report for a shared bookings page. But the report doesn't seem to include the staff name.

The staff name column is blank or has random characters.

Please could anyone advise on this. Thanks in advance!
