Individuals in group bookings

Hello,

 

I have a number of issues with Bookings, but the one below is currently at the forefront for me.

 

Why isn't an individual customer automatically removed from a group booking when they cancel? Even more baffling is the lack of any notification about their cancellation.

 

Is this a bug, or do I need to make a request to my admin to change a setting for this functionality?

  • Is this when the user cancel an appointment from "Manage booking" link? Both staff and the customer are not getting notifications? Do you see any error when you cancel the appointment?
