Just wondering if Microsoft has been able to simplify this workaround (as described by JohnnyITSpecilaist)?
I am a scheduler that has multiple bays for trucks to use for product offloading. HOwever, as described above, once a truck is booked for a certain in Bay 1, Bookings does not show that the other bays are available during this time. As a result, I run the risk of losing revenue with under utilized bays. I have the 4 bays setup as services , all sharing a group mailbox (accessed by all staff) but do not have the permissions to access Fireshell and make the recommended "changes" (nor am I sure this is what I need to do).
