How to have multiple services using only one mailbox and one booking site.
Tried to add the shared mailbox, but it ended as a Guest and can't be changed (greyed out).

Oh you mean adding the shared mailbox as staff in Bookings itself?
That's not an issue! :)
I have my shared mailbox listed as guest as well but i'm still able to add it as "staff" and connect it to a service.

So had to set up 6 different distribution lists simply to act as “staff members”, one for each station.
Reading the article, I thought we could add a shared mailbox or distribution list as a Staff Member, but it was added as a Guest and can't be changed.
I plan to set up Hot Desk booking, allowing selected users to view the calendar (date/time, booking desk...), but guest users cannot view the calendar. Adding users manually works, but not via M365/security groups or shared mailboxes.
