Disable email address associated with Bookings calendar?
I've created two different bookings calendars within my organization (a university). In both cases, I've then had students finding the email address associated with the calendar in the directory and writing to the calendar. Is there a way to hide or disable the email address? Having to respond and tell them to go and make a booking kind of undercuts Bookings' value.
I thought about creating a rule for an auto-reply that would tell people where to go to make an appointment, but I couldn't figure out how to distinguish between emails I receive to the Bookings calendar email and the emails about new appointment bookings, which also display as to the calendar address.

benjaminwoo having the email address is integral for the functioning of Bookings. Like you mentioned, using a well-crafted auto-reply or setting up message delivery restrictions for the mailbox might help you with controlling individuals reaching out to the address.

It may be integral to the function, but as a user I think in 99% of cases you absolutely would NOT want these email addresses being visible in the address book by default. They should be hidden unless explicitly selected to appear.
