Customer getting "missing information" error
That “missing information” error in Bookings usually means something in the setup is off rather than the customer actually forgetting a field. It often happens if a custom question was deleted or changed but is still marked as required, or if the service itself is missing details like staff or location. A good first step is to republish your booking page and test with a new service that only has the default fields, if that works, the issue is with your custom fields or service configuration. Also make sure phone numbers and emails match the expected format for your region, since that can trigger the error too. Trying a different browser or device is also worth a quick check.
