Confirmation emails are showing the day prior - HELP
Hello,
My company has an all-day service that spans from 12am-12am. When customers have booked the past week, their confirmation emails are showing the day prior from 6pm-6pm.
For example, here is a test booking I made for 8/4.
Here is the confirmation email I received.
How can we fix this? It's causing so many issues with customers being confused on what day they are booked. Is anyone else having this issue?

You could check :
- Outlook Mailbox Time zone for each staff member
- Bookings Page settings
- All-day service time Configuration
This issue sounds like a time zone mismatch between:
- The Microsoft Bookings service settings
- The staff calendar time zones
- The customer's local time zone
- Or even the email client displaying the confirmation

Thank you for your reply! The time zones should all be set to Mountain Time. On our calendar and on the confirmation email, the time zone is showing as Mountain Time. Is there anything else/anywhere else I could check the time zones?
