Confirmation Email
I modified the confirmation email for our service but the old version I deleted is still being sent out.
When I go into the editing tool for the service, I see the new text. When I send out a sample appointment confirmation, the text I deleted appears instead. I'm so confused - any ideas?

Since I've deleted the original text that is still showing in the email, I have no idea where it's coming from or how to fix it! Any help is appreciated.
