Can't figure out how to make a one time single day available

We have staff who say, take a Friday off but want to make up the hours on Saturday.  Can't figure out how to just make that one Saturday available other than changing working hours which makes EVERY Saturday available for customers to book.  How to just make the one Saturday available?

    Matt_Johnson1895 , here is something you can do :

    1. for the coming week, under staff section edit you availability to be unavailable on Friday and available on Saturday 

    2. Under service -> Availability option, select the availaility as  "Bookable when staff are free"

    3. Make sure, once that week is gone, default the staff settings.
