Bookings service not accessing Outlook Calendar Entries and double booking

Hi there - in the last week or so my bookings page has not registered busy periods from my Outlook calendar and therefore double-booked times for people using my bookings service.  Does anyone know if something has changed in the last week or so to cause this and also how you can fix this issue as it renders microsoft bookings useless for me currently?

  • Make sure that “Events on Office calendar affect availability” is turned on for your staff in the Bookings settings, and check that your Outlook calendar is shared as “Can view when I’m busy,” so Bookings can read your availability. Also, confirm that your time zones match between Outlook, Bookings, and your computer, as differences can cause double bookings. If everything looks fine, try removing and re-adding the affected staff member or reconnecting their calendar to refresh the sync. Some users have reported this started happening just recently, so it may also be a temporary Microsoft issue that should be resolved soon.
