JoMoYMCA the only workaround is to build a custom workflow in Microsoft Power Automate, that is triggered, when a new appointment is being booked. Then you can access also custom field values and put them in an email. But it's a bit tricky, to get the data in a nice format, certainly not user friendly and honestly functionality that should be included in Bookings.
