Bookings Confirmations get sent to client with wrong time zone, but calendar entries are correct.
- Dec 15, 2023robcampbell1375 cabeaudoin4 I just did a test and the body of the email times are correct. Not sure if Microsoft caught it or our escalation triggered the change. Check for yourselves to confirm.

Just tested myself and we're seeing the correct time zone. Hopefully the last we've seen of this issue- bcajmilesDec 15, 2023Copper Contributor
robcampbell1375 we're certainly relieved at our end.

bcajmiles unfortunately we appear to be experiencing the problem again. I'm curious if you are as well?
I've opened another ticket with MS support

bcajmiles How was this fixed? Did MS do something, or is there a setting that I'm missing? I have a user that is having a similar issue. The "Always show time slots in business time zone" option is off, yet the calendar shows one time, but the customer's notification show three hours earlier. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

LumberjackLurchMS It seems to have sorted itself out. I think Microsoft may have made changes which inadvertently impacted the time for appointments.
For Always show time slots in business time zone" option is off - I would click that to on, as we have.
