Bookings confirmations all squished
Beginning a couple of days ago, the confirmations for my bookings (used for students to book advisement appointments) have been coming in all jumbled together, rather than in the list form it used to have. Is there a way to correct this to go back to how it used to list the information?

I am going to open a Ticket directly with Microsoft and hope for an answer on their part. - Does anyone know how to address this with Microsoft? I haven't seen a way to create a ticket for a Bookings' specific issue.
- I opened a ticket in the MS admin centre under the Office section since it's part of O365
- We are having the same issue, is their any time frame when it will be corrected?
- Happening for our tenant also & started occurring around the same time.

Carla84 I am experiencing similar issues, the past few days. Our email confirmation is appearing jumbled and replaced with code.
- Thank you both! I'm glad to know it is a Bookings issue and not just something strange on my end. Hopefully it is corrected soon.
- Experiencing a similar issue in my environment. I think it's an issue that occurred previously with Bookings as a result of a code change. I think it's an issue that Microsoft has to handle but I'd love to be proven wrong.
