Bookings - Review & Approval prior to Confirmation
Hi!
Two questions:
- I'm using Microsoft Bookings as a way for my field sales team to book various Services e.g. customer staff trainings, customer activations, etc. with my team. Does anyone know if there's a way for the Booking to act as a Request that my team can review and then Confirm, rather than automatically confirming?
- My team is national in scope and are based in 3 different time zones. Is there a way to set individual time zones by Staff?

I have been trying to figure this out for a while. An option to Approve/Reject appointments that were booked by users using the Bookings link is imperative to have better control of schedules and flexibility.
Exactly! It would be beneficial to have an option to have an automated email response that said "Pending Confirmation" in addition to "Your booking is confirmed"
Our company would also welcome an option for the booking to act as a request that can be checked and then confirmed, rather than automatically confirmed.
