Booking showing 1hr earlier when booked on the day
Hello All,
I am having a massive issue with our booking calendar that we use for volunteers. If they book a slot on the day, the calendar brings the slots an hour earlier. This isn't for the whole day but for the first 12hrs or so. I have looked at the time zones and staff working location time zones but all are the same at UTC+00:00 (Dublin, Lisbon etc) and set to always use business hours, lead time is set to 0 and max as 365 days. I cant see what might be bringing the time an hour earlier when volunteers apply.

Is this because of any timezone differences / daylight savings?
Can you please share some screenshots depicting the scenario for better understanding to help unblock you?
If the Bookings self-schedule page is open to everyone, can you please DM me the bookings page link?- C4BackupCopper ContributorNope, as I said, time zones are all set the same across the whole business and the calendar is forced to book as that time zone no matter where the person is.
I can’t provide a screenshot as I deleted the calendar and am now using a clone but if it appears again (which it has now on 3 bookings pages) I will screenshot and post it here.
Just to summarise it only tends to effect the following day, so when someone is booking for tomorrow, the rest revert back to normal hours. Then the next day it again affects the day within 24hrs… so mad
