Booking For Meeting Rooms

Hi there. I need assistance with Microsoft Bookings. We rent out meeting rooms. So I need the client to be able to select a start time and end time. I cannot have a default time. Is it possible to change this?

I want the client to be able to book out a room/service for how many hours they wish.
