moonjosh I hope there is a response to your issue soon as I am having a similar issue. I travel to multiple locations to work on equipment. One site is a 2 hour drive from my office so I put a 2 hour buffer before and after to allow for travel. After the service is booked and on my calendar, the buffer time is no longer there. I had a second client that is only 30 minutes from my office book an appointment 30 minutes after the client who is 2 hours away and should have had a 2 hour buffer AFTER the service. Now I have to call and reschedule with that client for at least 1 hour later than they booked with me for because I need that hour as travel time to get to their site.
