Appointment Cancellation - Finding out additional details

Currently we use MS Bookings calendars to enable customers to make bookings with staff members. Customers have the option to make and manage the bookings on their end.

 

We also use the Microsoft Bookings API to pull details from the calendars and integrate with our Dynamics365 CRM (using Power Automate). To my knowledge, there are no calls to create, update, delete, or cancel appointments made in the flows. Only Get calls are made.

 

We have had staff raise concerns around bookings "cancelling themselves" where the booking wasn't cancelled by the staff nor the customer. I would like to look into this further but there is no information about who or how the appointment was cancelled (outside of when it was cancelled based on the email notification).

 

Is there any way to get more information about cancelled appointments?
