Visual Creator is not working

Thank you for your assistance. I am using the Visual Creator agent in Copilot Chat. The prompt I provided was simply an example: "A video on how to engage your team at work during directional changes." However, my Copilot responded, "I'll create a dynamic and engaging video on how to motivate and lead your team effectively during directional changes at work. The video will feature vibrant visuals and inspiring messages. I'll get started on that right away!" Unfortunately, nothing happened. I have tried this five times, and the results have been the same each time.
