Visual Creator is not working

You have to try again and again. For me it sometimes takes 5 times with the same prompt to run for a picture. This is because in some regions the capacity for this workloads. Microsoft invests billions to fix this issue.
I can ask Copilot to create an image, but I've encountered difficulties asking Copilot to make a video. No matter how many times I try, it doesn't seem to work. Hope Microsoft can fix this soon.
As Microsoft did now announce that Visual Creator will be deprecated, is the new experience "Create" already at your desktop? Just open https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat and in the lower left Corner you should see the "Create" option. If the new image generation model is already deployed for your Tenant you can create Pictures and Videos directly from there:
I noticed the same issue but the work around for me is using the teams app copilot visual creator agent and not the web based version.
