Upgrade Shock from Free to M365 Copilot

My Custom Instruction feature disappeared after the upgrade. All I have now is Memory. I couldn't even backup Custom Instruction as there was no such loss of feature during the upgrade. Anyone has any idea, how to resolve this or any workaround?
