I just created and shared a SharePoint agent in a Teams chat during a live demo this week and it worked without issue, so want to better understand the issue(s) you both are facing so we can help address.

I had stopped trying a while ago but when I tried again yesterday it worked. I didn't change anything: used the same agent, added it to a chat with a colleague, and it started talking fine.
It answered my questions, but did not answer my colleague's questions, saying the agent was not available and to try again later. Could it be because he doesn't have a copilot licence?
