When I use other LLMs it helps alot to provide a System Prompt and Context Prompts to tell the LLM how you want it to respond. Is there any way to provide Copilot with similar background information?

Absolutely! You can use system, context and other types of prompts to improve results.
M365 Copilot has a tremendous advantage when it comes to context. Thanks to the MS Graph, it can access the user's files, tasks, conversations, and more.
Here the options available:
- Create a Copilot agent. Add the system and context prompt to the agent instructions field.
- Add a system and context prompt during a single conversation.
