No Researcher and Analyst agent

All employees have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license - despite this, some have the Researcher and Analyst agents, while others do not. The Copilot settings look as shown in the pictures, do I need to do more? As I read, we should all get this via our license.

 

 

  • That confirms that the users have been assigned the Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Interestingly, the Researcher and Analyst agents appear to be pre-installed for all users, as shown in your screenshots. It’s unusual that these agents can be configured, given that all options within the Integrated Apps section are disabled for those accounts. You haven’t applied any general configuration for agents in the Copilot control system in this case, correct? That would be here:

    Hi,

    Just to confirm: affected users do see the "Work"/"Web" options within Chat, correct? This is to ensure that the system recognizes their Microsoft 365 Copilot license assignment.
