No Researcher and Analyst agent
That confirms that the users have been assigned the Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Interestingly, the Researcher and Analyst agents appear to be pre-installed for all users, as shown in your screenshots. It’s unusual that these agents can be configured, given that all options within the Integrated Apps section are disabled for those accounts. You haven’t applied any general configuration for agents in the Copilot control system in this case, correct? That would be here:

I am experiencing the same situation. I just bought the copilot license to be able to use these agents and Copilot studio. I use copilot in browser, I do see the option "Work" and "Web" in the top, but on the side I can't see Analysist. When going to Admin > Agents I can't assign them to users either. I do have Microsoft 365 Copilot Business license active (I am the only member of my organisation). Did anyone manage to solve this one?
