Microsoft 365 Premium - Copilot Notebook cannot select files from OneDrive
Hello everyone,
I've tried to use Copilot Notebooks for a few days now but I am not able to select files from my OneDrive.
When I try to add a reference
and then select OneDrive, the spinner appears and won't go away. When I select a file and want to select it then nothing happens. I also cannot close the pop-up through the "X" or "Cancel" button.
I am using Edge with the most recent version but I've also tried it in incognito mode, without extensions and a fresh new chrome browser, as well as a different device with different browser and different internet access. I just cannot seem to get it working.
Is it currently just not working for Personal plans?

Yes, this is a known service issue. It's not just you. Many users report the same problem. You've correctly ruled out browser, cache, and network causes.
Wait for Microsoft to fix it on their end.
