Hello,
M365 Copilot doesn't support Voice Chat yet and it's currently possible only in personal Copilot subscriptions.
But actually 2 days ago it was announced that Microsoft 365 Copilot’s Advanced Voice Experience is available on iOS Insider Builds. This feature allows for real-time, natural conversations with your documents.
So it's coming up there, no worries.
