Error while trying to use Copilot in Excel
I get the following error constantly: "As a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscriber, you'll be able to use Copilot when you're signed with your Microsoft work or school account (Entra ID) and Mic...
For M365 Personal , Work Account ( Entra ID) is not required. Your M365 Personal subscription is enough and Copilot in Excel is available for free inside that ( Limited Functionality ) . As Microsoft just announced this on 16th Jan 2025 . It may take time to appear in some instances.
Many other people are experiencing the same issue (try searching).
This seems to occur when there are multiple office 365 accounts (business and personal).
Is someone looking at this and is there any workaround?
