CoPilot Agent (Shared vs Custom)
In the M365 Admin Center under Agents & connectors, my Agent shows up twice, once for Shared and once for Custom, should there be two?
Shared Copilot agents are good for basic needs and can be configured centrally by the organization; custom agents require a separate license and can be configured in the Power Platform Administrator Center.
