CoPilot account issue

Bot WC said:

Based on the troubleshooting performed so far, the issue appears to be specific to your Microsoft account, as:

Copilot is failing on multiple platforms (MacBook, iPhone, and web browser).
The issue occurs in both normal and Incognito/InPrivate sessions.
Your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is active.
Your Copilot credits are available.
Another Microsoft account works normally on the same devices.

At this point, I recommend reaching out to the Microsoft Copilot Technical Community, where account-specific Copilot issues can be reviewed by Microsoft moderators and specialists who can investigate service-side restrictions, account anomalies, or backend-related issues.

Where can a specialist sort this for me?

  • Your testing isolates this to one Microsoft account: Copilot fails on devices and browsers, while another account works on the same hardware and the subscription and credits appear active. Another reinstall is unlikely to help. Community members cannot inspect account flags, entitlement propagation, or service restrictions, so Microsoft Support must examine the account record. On Windows, open Get Help, describe the Copilot account problem, select the affected product, then choose Contact Support and request chat or a callback. Provide the affected address privately, subscription type, UTC timestamps, screenshots, and a list of the cross-device tests completed. Ask the agent to verify the Copilot entitlement and check for an account-level service block or provisioning fault. Do not post tokens, order numbers, or security details publicly, and do not buy another subscription or delete the account as a workaround. If contact choices are unavailable, retry while signed in during local support hours.
