Windows Autopilot - Serial number is not matching with Associated Azure AD device name in Tenant

I have imported hash file into Tenant user tried Autopilot ,Serial number is not matching with Associated Azure AD device name in Tenant.

    Hi,

    When you click on the device in Intune it should show you the Azure AD device, you saying this one does not match the device imported? Sorry if I’m not understanding the scenario, can you explain a bit more?

    # Does this device has 2 entries ?

    # Different intune and azure device IDs ?

    Hi could you explain yourself a little bit more? as I am also noticed some weird behavior with the hardwarehash mismatch .. but your question? doesn't seem to have much detail to go with

    I have similar issue - devices appear twice in AzureAD - under the serial number and under the normal domain name. Can someone help to fix that?
