Windows Autopilot - Serial number is not matching with Associated Azure AD device name in Tenant

I have imported hash file into Tenant user tried Autopilot ,Serial number is not matching with Associated Azure AD device name in Tenant.

Hi,

When you click on the device in Intune it should show you the Azure AD device, you saying this one does not match the device imported? Sorry if I’m not understanding the scenario, can you explain a bit more?
