Secure score not recognising MDM policies

Recently Defender secure score added new recommendations for MDM, one of which is to disable jailbroken and rooted devices from joining the network. The recommendation says these changes are in configuration profiles, however these settings are only in compliance policies and therefore they are not counted as completed in terms of our Secure score. Is there a way to change this?
