- Oct 12, 2022Sorry for my delayed response; I was waiting to hear back. I have no actual technical details about the resolution, and it was confirmed it was an InTune issue that's been resolved. The Teams and Outlook apps should now start working. I told them to send me the technical details, even if I didn't understand it and they didn't.

I am not having the issue on my device and I have been updating Outlook for iOS each time update is released. The 10-12 folks that had this issue have not called me since they updated to version 4.2236.1 I believe.

Why suddenly this thread switched about the problem with Outlook? It was about that problem with Teams. They can update the Outlook app a million times to fix the problem, it won’t correct the original problem which is with Teams. Outlook is blocked by my company, I can’t connect with it.
The fix is needed for Teams please.

DaveQ445 it’s also affecting Teams too. Same error and everything. My Teams app was also updated today as well. Check your App Store for updates.
- DaveQ445Sep 30, 2022Copper ContributorOh! You’re right. I Updated Teams but still have the same issue 😞
- JKormosSep 30, 2022Brass ContributorThe guy that reported the issue just said he’s getting the same error in Teams and Outlook again. Microsoft Support did tell me they are getting lots of calls about this. Seems all we can do is wait it out until they find out what caused it and hope they fix it quickly!
